About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Property Development Manager to spearhead their new development projects in Belfast . This senior role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to planning, construction, and project completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments that align with the company's investment goals and market position, contributing significantly to the expansion of their property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential new development sites and opportunities.
• Manage the feasibility, planning, and design stages of property development projects.
• Oversee the tendering and selection process for contractors and consultants.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance throughout the development process.
• Liaise with local authorities, planning departments, and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders in Belfast .

Requirements

• Significant experience in property development management, preferably within the commercial or residential sectors.
• Strong understanding of planning regulations, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with contract negotiation and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
