Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives to recommend suitable property investment strategies.
• Analyse market data, economic indicators, and property trends to identify high-potential investment opportunities in Edinburgh and beyond.
• Provide comprehensive advice on property acquisitions, portfolio diversification, and exit strategies.
• Develop and present detailed investment proposals and financial projections to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market regulations, taxation, and investment vehicles.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Investment Advisor or similar role in financial services or real estate.
• Strong understanding of property markets, investment principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Relevant qualifications such as CFA, IMC, or a degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
