Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential property investments , including market research, financial modelling, and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast property performance, ROI, and cash flows.
- Analyse market trends, economic indicators, and demographic data to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor the performance of the existing investment portfolio and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate with acquisition teams, legal counsel, and asset managers to support deal execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Investment Analyst , preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with expertise in Excel and financial analysis software.
- Excellent understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and investment principles.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
