About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Property Investment Consultant to join their esteemed firm in Brighton . In this role, you will guide clients through the complexities of property investment, providing expert advice on market trends, suitable investment opportunities, and portfolio diversification. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on various property investment strategies and opportunities, including buy-to-let, commercial, and development projects.
• Analyze market data and property performance to identify suitable investment prospects for clients.
• Conduct financial projections and risk assessments for proposed investments.
• Assist clients with property sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition processes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and portfolio reviews.
• Stay informed about property market dynamics, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting property investments in the Brighton area.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Investment Consultant , financial advisor, or in a related real estate role.
• Strong understanding of property investment principles, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of clients.
• Familiarity with the East Sussex property market is highly desirable.
