At Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a talented Property Lawyer to join our growing Cardiff team. You'll play a key role in helping clients navigate their home-moving journey while benefiting from the support, development opportunities and flexibility of a leading UK property services business.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, typically handling around 50 files . This allows you to focus on delivering outstanding client service and quality outcomes at every stage of the transaction.

• Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their property journey.
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers and other third parties.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documentation.
• Conducting searches, due diligence and post-completion activities.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing exchanges, completions and Land Registry submissions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
