About the Role

This role is essential for managing the lettings process from start to finish, matching prospective tenants with suitable properties and ensuring a smooth transition. You will be actively involved in marketing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating terms between landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the local Staffordshire property market, contributing to the agency's reputation for efficient and professional real estate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, highlighting key features.
• Negotiate rental offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring mutually agreeable terms.
• Process tenant applications, including referencing, credit checks, and right-to-rent verification.
• Maintain regular communication with landlords, providing updates on property status and interest.
• Actively market properties across various online portals and social media platforms.
• Ensure all lettings activities comply with current legislation and agency policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a lettings or sales role, preferably within real estate .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a target-driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of the Stoke-on-Trent property market.
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required for property viewings.
• Proficiency in using property management software and standard office applications.
