Property Litigation Associate Location: Surrey/Hampshire border (hybrid working) Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 plus exceptional bonus The Role Join a progressive, highly ranked law firm as a Property Litigation Solicitor, handling various property disputes like landlord/tenant matters, boundary conflicts, and lease renewals. Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Advise and represent clients in property disputes (commercial and residential). Manage a diverse caseload independently. Draft legal documents (pleadings, agreements, etc.). Handle mediations, arbitrations, and court advocacy if required. Stay updated on property law and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with colleagues and promote diversity and inclusion. Requirements Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. 2 years of post-qualification experience in property litigation. Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and property legislation. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Client-focused and empathetic.
