Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold issues, and boundary disputes.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements and court documents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and provide strategic advice on property-related legal issues.
• Advise on dilapidations claims, Party Wall Act matters, and easements.
• Liaise effectively with clients, surveyors, and other legal professionals using virtual communication tools.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in property litigation .
• Demonstrable expertise in landlord and tenant law, adverse possession, and general property disputes.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful case management.
• Ability to conduct detailed legal research and provide clear, concise advice.
• Proficiency in using legal case management systems and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a caseload efficiently in a remote working environment.
