Property Litigation Solicitor (5–10 Years PQE)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly-regarded conveyancing team, working on a broad range of high-quality property litigation matters while playing an active role in the continued growth and success of the department. We’re seeking a solicitor with 5–10 years’ PQE who has strong experience advising on a wide range of contentious property matters, including:

• Commercial lease renewals (opposed and unopposed)
• Service of statutory notices (including Section 25 and break notices)
• Dilapidations and disrepair claims
• Breach of lease, covenant disputes and rent arrears
• Possession proceedings and forfeiture
• Residential landlord and tenant disputes

You’ll manage your own varied caseload while working closely with an experienced and collaborative team. We encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork, and you’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to business development, and help shape the continued success of the department.

Skills, experience and attributes

You’ll have:

• 5–10 years’ post qualification experience in Property Litigation
• Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of contentious property matters
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to support and mentor colleagues
