Property Litigation Solicitor - Remote/Hybrid, 5+ PQE

Chadwick Nott are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to manage a mature caseload in Bath. This locum role offers an immediate start, with remote or hybrid working and the potential to move into a permanent position next summer.

You will handle adverse possession, boundary disputes, TOLATA, lease extensions and commercial landlord/tenant matters, applying high standards of practice and client service.
