Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a specialist team advising national and international clients on a full range of property disputes, including:
- Commercial property
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Service charge disputes
- Dilapidation claims
- Insolvencies
- Breaches of contract
- Professional negligence
- Possession of land claims
- Trespass
- Party wall disputes
- Overage and coverage disputes
- Repossession
Candidate
We welcome applications from Property Litigation Solicitors who boast at least 8 years of post‑qualified experience, possess superb commercial awareness, are able to manage a full caseload independently, and have excellent attention to detail.
