Austen Lloyd Legal Recruitment is assisting a leading Legal 500-ranked firm in Cambridge, United Kingdom, in hiring an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ to 3 years' PQE) to join its growing, well-established property litigation team handling high-quality contentious property matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• NQ to 3 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Must have undertaken a seat in Property Litigation work.
• Strong academic background and relevant contentious property experience.
• Strong communication, drafting, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle a broad range of complex and interesting property disputes.
• Advise a varied client base including commercial organisations, developers, landowners, and investors.
• Gain hands‑on experience and responsibility from day one within a Legal 500-ranked practice.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: £50,000.00 - £60,000.00 per year (depending on skills and experience).

Mode: Full-time, On-site in Cambridge, UK.
