Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and professional negligence claims.
• Draft legal documents such as particulars of claim, defences, and applications.
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case assessments.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Provide clear and pragmatic advice to clients on resolving property disputes effectively.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in property litigation.
• Strong knowledge of property law and civil procedure rules relevant to disputes.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and drafting skills.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently.
• Comfortable working within a hybrid remote and office-based structure.
