Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct property litigation cases from initiation to conclusion.
• Advise clients on contentious aspects of commercial and residential property law.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and tribunals.
• Draft legal documentation, including notices, claims, and defences.
• Undertake thorough investigations and prepare case strategies for disputes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' experience specializing in property litigation .
• Comprehensive knowledge of property law, including landlord and tenant legislation and TOLATA.
• Proven experience in managing contentious property matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong client care skills and commercial awareness.
