About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join their reputable legal practice in Norwich, Norfolk . This role focuses on advising clients on a broad range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, and professional negligence claims. You will manage your own caseload, providing expert legal advice and representation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of property litigation matters from inception to completion.
• Advise clients on contentious aspects of property law, including commercial and residential property disputes.
• Draft and issue court proceedings, pleadings, and applications.
• Conduct advocacy in relevant hearings where appropriate, or brief counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution options.
• Liaise effectively with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 4 years' experience in property litigation.
• Strong understanding of land law and property dispute resolution procedures.
• Experience in advising on commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters.
• Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload.
