About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving practice in Cardiff . This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of property disputes, advising both commercial and individual clients. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex legal challenges related to land and property law. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent advocacy skills and a deep understanding of property litigation, who is keen to contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence in the Welsh capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and professional negligence claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court and tribunals.
• Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Advise clients on risk assessment and proactive strategies to avoid disputes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience specifically in property litigation .
• Strong understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act, Party Wall Act, and related property legislation.
• Experience with civil procedure rules and court advocacy.
• Excellent client management and communication skills, particularly in Cardiff .
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment with a hybrid work model.
