Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Administrator to join a busy Property Services team in Oxford.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who also has hands-on knowledge of property/building maintenance and building services.
Key responsibilities:
Providing administrative and operational support to property maintenance teams
Maintaining accurate property, contractor and compliance records
Supporting building services, statutory compliance and performance monitoring
Liaising with contractors and internal teams
Updating systems, processing purchase orders/invoices and producing reports
About you:
Previous experience within property/building maintenance is essential
Good understanding of building services and compliance
Experience within social housing, lettings, housing associations, facilities management or a similar environment would be ideal
Strong administration, organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and IT skills – Excel ideally
Comfortable working with contractors and multiple stakeholders
