Property Maintenance Manager — Asset & Tenant Relations

loc8me is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Liverpool to lead the Asset Management team, overseeing maintenance of properties and relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. You will drive service quality and manage workflows across the team.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager and Asset Managers to deliver a first-class customer experience, while building strong networks and ensuring KPI targets are met. This is a full-time, in-person role with room for growth.
