- Experience in building cleaning
- Ability to work independently

Your Tasks
As a property manager (m/f/d) for bk World in Lutterworth, UK, you make the lounge your personal favourite project. You are responsible for keeping the lounge clean and make itthe perfect place for a break.- Cleaning services in and around the lounge areas
- Carrying out quality checks
- Communicating with the group's purchasing department to procure products for the vending machines
- Refilling and cleaning the appliances in the property (coffee machine, refrigerator, etc.)
- Independent work scheduling
- Emergency service, including weekends
- Continuous availability
