About the Role

Our client is seeking an astute and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse range of assets within the Sheffield region. This challenging role requires a strategic approach to maximizing the performance and value of a property portfolio, encompassing residential, commercial, and possibly industrial properties. You will be responsible for financial oversight, tenant management, maintenance coordination, and strategic planning to ensure optimal returns and client satisfaction. This is a key role within a respected real estate management company, contributing significantly to its success in South Yorkshire .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient management of the entire property portfolio.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for all properties.
• Manage tenant relationships, ensuring lease compliance and addressing concerns promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects across the portfolio.
• Conduct regular property inspections and market analysis to identify opportunities for value enhancement.

Requirements

• Significant experience in property management , with a proven track record in portfolio management.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., RICS, IRPM) is highly desirable.
