About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and commercially astute Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of residential and commercial properties from a remote basis, with a focus on assets in the Liverpool area. You will be responsible for the financial performance, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction of the properties under your management. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. It offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of a substantial asset base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring optimal performance.
• Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, rent collection, service charges, and expenditure.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance property value and returns.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease renewals, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditure projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property legislation, health and safety regulations, and insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Demonstrable success in managing residential and commercial property portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and best practices.
• Proficiency in property management software and remote communication tools.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
