Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and performance reports for property owners and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant landlord-tenant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential property management, with a strong track record in portfolio management.
• Excellent understanding of the Manchester lettings market and relevant legislation.
• Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
