About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and strategic Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse collection of properties in the Plymouth area. This role is central to maximising the value and performance of the company's real estate assets through effective management, leasing, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for financial oversight, tenant relations, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the company's overall investment success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and optimisation of the property portfolio .
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant services for commercial and residential properties.
- Manage budgets for each property within the portfolio, controlling costs and maximising profitability.
- Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy rates and satisfaction.
- Liaise with external partners, including agents, contractors, and legal advisors, to ensure efficient property management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or portfolio management, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for asset enhancement.
- A relevant professional qualification in property or a related field is advantageous.
