Property Project Lead - Store Openings & Refurbishments

Tortilla is seeking a Property Project Manager to lead CapEx projects, new store openings and refurbishments from a support office with UK-wide travel. You will work with the Property Director, Design team and external consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to brand standards.

The role combines hands-on project leadership with commercial focus, managing budgets, timelines and vendors while supporting franchise delivery and site handovers. A fast-paced, multi-site environment awaits.
