You will handle calls and emails from tenants, landlords, and facilities managers, coordinating responses and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

In this 24/7 operation, you’ll prioritise tasks, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships with customers while ensuring KPI targets are met and service excellence is maintained.
