Property Solicitor - Residential Property - 2 Years' PQE - Cirencester

Location: Cirencester

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (DOE)

A well established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join its growing team in Cirencester. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly, professional department handling high quality work for a high net worth client base, including bespoke country homes and prime city properties.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, delivering a high quality, efficient service to clients. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
• Managing your caseload efficiently and cost effectively with minimal supervision
• Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
• Preparing clear, accurate written advice and documentation
• Maintaining excellent client relationships and service standards
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a solicitor with:

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in residential property
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of general residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ambition, willingness to learn and a proactive approach
• A friendly, team oriented attitude
