Protection and Control Design Engineer Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description. £60,000-£70,000 Permanent Glasgow Essential Skillset Minimum 5 years experience designing HV Substation Protection & Control systems Strong knowledge of protection schemes, relay settings and interlocking Experience across transmission and distribution projects Knowledge of SCADA, substation automation and IEC 61850 Experience producing schematics, drawings and technical documentation Understanding of transformers, switchgear, busbars and HV equipment Experience with ETAP, DIgSILENT, EPLAN, Helinks or similar Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience xwwtmva Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting testing, commissioning and troubleshooting would be advantageous
