Leading the actuarial pricing function for personal lines, you will own the delivery of pricing forecasts and Best Estimates, providing robust analysis, insight and recommendations to inform underwriting and trading decisions.

You will also develop and maintain the pricing capability, frameworks and methodologies in a fully collaborative capacity across functions in order to deliver strategic outcomes and business initiatives.

In addition, you will lead reporting across crucial governance and business forums, thereby playing a highly influential role within the firm, having the confidence to challenge the status quo, drive innovation and identify opportunities for change.

To be successful in the position, you will possess the ability to apply technical knowledge to solve complex business challenges and support decision-making.

Exposure to responsible Artificial Intelligence usage and an understanding of ethical AI in pricing would be desirable.
