Milk Education is recruiting passionate Psychology Graduates to work in specialist SEN schools across Hartlepool. This is a fantastic full‑time opportunity to develop your skills while supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs in a rewarding educational setting.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and SEN professionals, supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• ADHD
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Sensory and physical needs

You will provide one‑to‑one and small group support, helping pupils access learning, develop independence, improve communication, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
