Psychology Graduate — SEND Support & Education Assistant

Protocol Education is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. A psychology graduate will help pupils engage with learning and build skills.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to establish routines and support emotional regulation.

This role offers a meaningful start to a career in education, with training and safeguarding checks in place.
