Role Overview

The role supports a vibrant and welcoming primary school, working across KS1 and KS2 to deliver high-quality learning.

• Support class teachers across KS1 and KS2.
• Plan and deliver lessons in the subject specialism and with students with additional needs.
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions outside the classroom to raise attainment.
• Potential to become a permanent post for the right candidate.

A trial day will be offered for shortlisted applicants. The interview day is scheduled for June, with a September start.

Requirements

• A degree in a core subject, psychology or an education-related subject.
• Recent, relevant experience working with young people is beneficial.
• Confidence delivering intervention work to small groups.
• A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education.
