Job Description
Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Leeds
Start Date: September
Full-Time
Long-Term Role
The Role
- Support across KS1 and KS2, working alongside class teachers to deliver high-quality learning
- Work across a range of subjects, mainly working in your subject specialism or with young people with additional needs
- Deliver targeted intervention sessions outside of the classroom, helping to raise attainment
- Full-time position, with the potential to become a permanent post for the right candidate
- A trial day will be offered for shortlisted applicants September start
You will need
- A degree in core subject, psychology or education related subject
- Recent, relevant experience working with young people is beneficial
- Confidence delivering intervention work to small groups
- A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education
