Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience working with young people? This role offers invaluable experience working directly with students, developing your understanding of child development, behaviour, emotional regulation, and learning support within an education setting.

The Role:

• 
  
• Full-time role starting September 2026
  
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN and additional learning needs
  
• Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated lessons
  
• Supporting students with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour
  
• Implementing targeted interventions to support learning and wellbeing
  
• Gaining exposure to EHCPs, safeguarding practices, and multi-agency working

• Psychology degree (or closely related subject)
  
• Strong interest in SEN, mental health, or child development
  
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
