Greene King’s Hungry Horse pub in Walton Cardiff is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy site. You’ll lead by example, support the General Manager and ensure customers and teams have a great experience.

You’ll coach and develop your team, uphold brand standards and safety, and bring the brand to life with friendly, efficient service. English communication and calm leadership are essential on a fast-paced shift.
