About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing public affairs strategies, monitoring legislative developments, and fostering key stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public affairs strategies to effectively engage with government, regulatory, and policy stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze legislative and policy developments relevant to the organization's interests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key policymakers, government officials, and industry associations.
• Prepare policy briefings, position papers, and advocacy materials for internal and external use.
• Represent the organization in relevant public forums, consultations, and industry events.
• Advise senior leadership on public affairs matters and potential policy impacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or public policy.
• In-depth understanding of the UK political and regulatory landscape.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective advocacy strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
