Public Law Family Solicitor: Complex Children’s Care Hybrid

Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Family Solicitor with a focus on Public Law Care to join a well-established Swansea team. Hybrid working and a permanent, full-time role offer exposure to care proceedings, child protection and complex Children Act matters.

You will draft statements and bundles, conduct advocacy in the Family Court, and work with counsel, CAFCASS and local authorities while ensuring Legal Aid compliance. Salary £50,000 to £70,000 DOE.
