Key Responsibilities

• Support the PR Manager in executing daily PR activities and campaign initiatives.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials.
• Monitor news coverage and social media for mentions of the company and its stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing press conferences, media events, and interviews.
• Build and maintain databases of media contacts and relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to general media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Public Relations , Communications, or Marketing support role.
• Strong writing and editing abilities, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
• Organized and proactive approach to task management within an office setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, or English.
