Public Sector Procurement Category Specialist

Richmond & Wandsworth Councils is seeking a Category Specialist to lead procurement across Residents Services and related commissioning teams. The role requires UK procurement law expertise, strong numeracy and reporting skills, and experience in managing multiple priorities in a public sector setting.

You will develop compliant tender documents, support market approaches, and build Excel evaluation models. Hybrid working with one day in the office per week is offered.
