Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Door-to-door pay | Enhanced overtime rates
My client is looking for an experienced Pump Service Engineer to join a growing business working across the wastewater and sewage treatment industry.
The role will involve travelling to customer sites to carry out servicing, repairs and fault finding on sewage treatment plants, sewage pumps and wastewater systems.

Attending breakdowns and call-outs to diagnose and repair faults
Working on both mechanical and electrical components
Fault finding and problem solving on a range of equipment
Speaking with customers on site and keeping them updated on any issues
Working with the scheduling team to manage your daily jobs
Identifying parts that are required and feeding back where additional work needs to be quoted
Keeping your van stocked with the parts, tools and equipment you need
Completing service reports after each visit
Using a mobile app to manage your daily schedule and jobs
Carrying out any additional training required
Skills and experience:
Experience in a service, maintenance or field-based engineering role
Good mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Good communication skills, particularly when dealing with customers
