Pupil Attendance & Engagement Officer

Principal Education is seeking a committed School Attendance Officer to join our team in Greater London. You will promote excellent attendance and punctuality across the school, working with pupils, parents/carers, staff and external agencies.

You will monitor attendance data, follow up absences, and support families to remove barriers to regular attendance. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving and collaboration with safeguarding and pastoral teams to improve pupil outcomes.
