Quality Assessment Officer

Location: Grimsby Full Time, 5 days per week Driving licence and vehicle essential.

We're looking for a Quality Assessment Officer to help ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery across our operations.

What you'll be doing: ✅ Conducting audits, assessments and quality reviews ✅ Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards ✅ Investigating complaints and supporting resolutions ✅ Identifying improvements and implementing action plans ✅ Working closely with care teams to enhance service quality

What we're looking for: ✔ Experience in quality, compliance, governance or auditing ✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills ✔ Excellent attention to detail ✔ Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
