QA Officers - Why You Should Apply

Your salary, benefits & hours of work

• Up to £32,000 depending on experience
• Flexitime: start any time between 7:30am and 9:30am, finish between 3:30pm and 5:30pm, working eight hours a day
• Annual Profit Related Bonus Scheme
• Holidays 24 days plus 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service - one extra day for every 5 years to a maximum of 25 years)

What you'll do as the QA Officer

You’ll take a leading hand in the day-to-day running of the QA department and the oversight of the Quality Management System.

• Manage investigations, including root cause, product impact and CAPA
• Handle customer complaints and customer regulatory questions
• Take part in the internal audit programme and support regulatory inspections
• Approve suppliers and starting materials using a risk-based approach
• Prepare, approve and distribute SOPs, policies and other master GMP documents
• Arrange export certificates and traceability for products of animal origin

What you'll need to apply for the QA Officer

• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or technical discipline
• Experience in a Quality role within a pharmaceutical or food environment
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and GMP
