QS, Site based - Water

Aqua-Tech Recruitment are currently seeking an expienced SQS / Quantity Surveyor based in the Cheltenham area to support a number of live projects for a Tier 1 contractor working for a large UK water authority.

The role will cover 3 sites, all within a 15 mile radius of Cheltenham, with a combined value of circa £12 million.

The Role

Manage commercial and quantity surveying activities across multiple projects

Work closely with the Project/Commercial Manager and wider delivery team

*

Support cost reporting and commercial management

*

Manage both direct works and subcontractor packages

About You

*

Experienced SQS or Senior Quantity Surveyor

*

Strong commercial and cost management experience

*

Ideally experienced within water/utilities or civil engineering

*

Based within a commutable distance of Cheltenham

*

Available to start at short notice
