Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:00pm | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Are you a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Maidenhead for a September start .
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity , offering the potential to secure a permanent position within the school following a successful temporary placement.
The Role
As a Qualified Primary Teacher , you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons.
- Teach and support pupils across the primary age range.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils.
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff.
- Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Build strong and positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.
- Ensure the safeguarding, safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable.
- The ability to commute to or work within the Maidenhead area.
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to transition from a temporary position into a permanent teaching role within the school, subject to a successful placement and the school's requirements.
