Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Review titles, contracts, searches and property documentation.
Raise and respond to enquiries and negotiate where required.
Manage transactions through exchange and completion.
Deal with Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.
Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors.
Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice and maintain excellent client care.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, AML and risk requirements.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent.
Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
Strong knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures.
Excellent organisational, communication and client-management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
Proactive, commercially minded and committed to delivering a high-quality service
