Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years?

We’re recruiting qualified Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools and Early Years settings across Ellesmere Port, with exciting opportunities available from September 2026.

If you love helping young children learn, develop and build confidence during those all-important early years, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role

• Supporting children across EYFS, including Nursery and Reception
• Working alongside the class teacher to support learning and development
• Supporting play-based and child-led learning
• Providing individual and small-group support where required
• Encouraging children’s communication, social and emotional development
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning
• Previous experience working within an EYFS or Early Years setting
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
