Quality & Continuous Improvement Leader

Alkegen is a global specialty materials leader focused on battery technologies, filtration media, and insulation materials. The role oversees day-to-day quality and continuous improvement activities to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction.

Based in the East Midlands, you will lead the Quality team, deploy Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO9001, IATF, and supplier quality requirements, driving improvements and training staff accordingly.
