Quality Assurance & Skills Leader

Nicholas Associates is seeking a corporate Quality Assurance & Skills Manager for a newly created role based in City of London. You will own quality assurance across the business and drive the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) in partnership with senior management and cross-functional teams.

This hands-on, influential role focuses on process improvement, compliance with ISO standards, and skills and competency management across design, construction, operations and HR.
