Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of aircraft parts, materials, and completed maintenance work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify that all maintenance activities adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company quality policies.
• Document inspection findings accurately, reporting any non-conformities or defects identified.
• Review maintenance records and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits of the quality management system and associated processes in Sunderland .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector , preferably within the aviation sector.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, quality standards, and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various departments.
