Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including process validation, product testing, and compliance monitoring.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory affairs to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance and quality management, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Deep understanding of quality management principles, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QMS, conducting audits, and managing CAPA systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a remote team and drive results effectively.
